Medication
Parents/Guardians; Please make arrangements to pick up any medication your student has in the clinic by 5/30/08 at 10:00 am.

Overnight Field Trip
If your student is planning to participate in an overnight field trip and takes medication of any kind, please contact the clinic at 941-6200 ext. 2132 as soon as possible. If the proper authorizations are not completed well in advance, your student may not be allowed to attend the field trip.
